I combine gentle observation of your thought processes with balanced reflection to help you connect with your best self. Negativity creates darkness. Negative thoughts often turn into cruel speech and hurtful actions. With thoughtfulness and calm consideration we can locate your positive qualities that yearn to come forward. With patience and acceptance the capacity for flexibility and openness develops. There is no judgment and no pressure. This is your journey for discovery and progress.
